Position Summary
The Project/Program Manager supports the implementation of the one-year human services project focused on improving financial outcomes for individuals and families served by LARS.
This role assists with project planning, coordination of project activities, monitors service delivery, and supports case managers who provide direct client services. The position helps ensure project milestones, reporting requirements, and program goals are achieved within the grant period.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support implementation of a one-year human services initiative to provide financial assistant and life training skills to families served by LARS.
- Assist with development of project timelines, work plans, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, communications, and task tracking.
- Monitor project progress and identify issues requiring escalation to program leadership.
Program Operations
- Assist with coordination of client services and case management activities.
- Ensure program activities follow organizational policies and grant requirements.
- Help implement service delivery models and best practices.
- Coordinate referrals and service partnerships with community organizations.
Case Manager Support and Supervision
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coordination for case managers delivering services.
- Review case documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new case managers.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and caseload activity.
Data Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain program data in case management databases or reporting systems.
- Track program outputs such as number of clients served, services delivered, training outcomes achieved.
- Assist with preparation of grant reports, performance reports, and program summaries.
Community Engagement
- Maintain partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
- Represents the organization at local meetings, service coordination groups, and community events.
- Support outreach efforts to recruit eligible program participants.
Administrative and Budget Support
- Assist with monitoring project expenses and resource allocation.
- Support documentation required for grant compliance and audits.
- Maintain organized project records and documentation.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in nonprofit programs, human services, or case management support.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or community-based services preferred.
- Some experience coordinating programs or projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
