I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm journey began long before becoming an agent - I spent more than 20 years as a State Farm team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the business and, just as importantly, what it takes to build a successful and supportive team.
Outside of work, I’m married with three grown children and grandchildren, and I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family. Being involved in our community is important to us. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
