We are looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to join our incredible team. Note: This role requires presence twice weekly in our NYC office.
Main responsibilities:
- Build media lists
- Handle reactive pitching tasks
- Monitor for media placements; send coverage emails to clients
- Prepare monthly client reports and invoices
- Coordinate meetings and write call/meeting recaps
- Maintain filing/organization of all account information
- Assist with itinerary building and booking travel
- Manage influencer correspondence, build itineraries and monitor results
- Conduct research
- Assist with event organization
- Assist with various other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- BA in PR/communications/related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Passion for travel
- Fluency in social media platforms
- Tech skills: MS Office, Adobe, MuckRack, Cision
