Laundry Systems keeps commercial and industrial laundry equipment running for hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and other critical facilities across East TN and WNC. These operations can't afford downtime, so they count on fast, reliable service.
You'll drive a fully stocked take-home van to a different site each day, diagnosing and repairing motors, pumps, valves, wiring, sensors, pressure and flow issues, and controls. If you've done that work in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial maintenance, you already have the core skills. We'll train you on our systems.
This isn't a residential route or a factory job. You'll work independently, solve real problems, and build relationships with facility managers who value capable service, with a supportive team behind you when you need it.

What you bring
- Electro-mechanical experience (HVAC, industrial maintenance, commercial equipment, or similar)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Strong customer service skills. You'll represent us in hospitals, hotels, and industrial facilities.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
- Reliability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
