Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry and cleaning needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate and monitor laundry machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing areas, folding stations, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide guidance on machine usage, drying times, and laundry options to customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer facing environments is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain a tidy environment
- Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry processes is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
