Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms
- Manage a team of laundry staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee cleaning procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in line with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity while minimizing waste and downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of laundry facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards
- Help with marketing and social media
- Maintain detailed records of laundry activities, equipment maintenance schedules, and staff performance
- Reliability is a MUST. Applicant should be available to cover shifts and assist with schedule changes when necessary.
