As a Customer Service Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to multitask, remain on your feet throughout the entire shift, maintain strong attention to detail, and consistently pause tasks to assist customers.
Customer Service Attendant Responsibilities:
- Greet our customers and guests. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to our process and high standards.
- Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own.
- Daily store cleaning.
- Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines.
- Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming.
- Check in and organize laundry bags using our POS system.
- Sort and prepare laundry for the wash, dry, fold process.
- Transport laundry from washers to dryers.
- Fold, pack and package laundry orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer specifications & items laundered throughout the cleaning process.
- Help self-service customers get the best experience at our laundromat.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Attendant
- Previous customer-facing customer service experience required.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience with laundry or folding clothes is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail!
- Comfortable with technology.
- Ability to stand for 6 hour shift.
- Attention to detail in our Wash, Dry, Fold process.
- Attention to detail in store cleaning.
If you enjoy people and laundry this would be the ideal team for you! We are specifically looking for someone who is able to work our mid and closing shift 3pm -10pm and has additional flexibility.
This shift includes full store cleaning at the end of the day.
