LaunchPath AI is seeking highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial student leaders for our 12-week Summer Regional Growth Fellowship. This program offers direct exposure to early-stage tech growth, digital marketing architecture, B2B and B2C sales distribution, and user acquisition strategies.

- Infiltrate local student networks, academic clubs, and digital communities to drive platform adoption.
- Partner directly with the founders to deploy growth-hacking strategies and localized micro-campaigns across target networks.
- Track weekly user signup metrics, analyze localized conversion data, and report KPIs directly to the executive team.
- Identify and map outreach pipelines for B2B private college consultants and boutique counseling firms in your region.
- Manage local user onboarding, gather product feedback, and identify feature optimization opportunities for the dev team.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural talent for sales and persuasion.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a localized user acquisition pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with social media analytics, marketing, or digital community building.
- Interest in the EdTech ecosystem, consumer software, or business concepts.
What Fellows Will Gain:
- Uncapped earning potential via a competitive, direct $10 commission structure on all user conversions. Every student you sign up, you earn commission.
- Elite, metrics-driven resume bullets demonstrating regional market ownership and tangible user growth (e.g., "Managed a regional pipeline that acquired X hundred active users").
- Direct mentorship from founders with established track records breaking into elite business programs and high finance careers.
- Personalized Letters of Recommendation from the executive team to fast-track your future corporate internship or college applications.
- A foundational understanding of startup growth frameworks, tech sales distribution, and customer acquisition mechanics.
