Pay: $35,568/year quarterly performance bonus eligibility

Schedule: Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts

LaunchPad Sandwich Co. LLC is a growing company that acquires and operates Firehouse Subs franchise locations. We are looking for a Store Manager who is hardworking, reliable, honest, and ready to take ownership of their assigned restaurant.

This is a hands-on restaurant leadership role. It is not a Monday–Friday, 9–5 job. Store Managers must be available as the business requires and should expect to work at least 40 hours per week, with additional hours needed at times based on staffing, training, or store needs.

What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you will work under the guidance of the General Manager and be responsible for helping your store operate at a high level every day.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and training team members
• Staffing the store appropriately
• Delivering a great guest experience
• Resolving guest complaints quickly and professionally
• Maintaining Firehouse Subs brand standards
• Ensuring food safety and health department standards are followed
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Managing inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs
• Monitoring labor costs and team productivity
• Taking ownership of store performance and daily execution

Requirements

Qualified candidates must be willing and able to:

• Work a flexible restaurant schedule, including weekends, openings, and closings
• Lead by example and hold team members accountable
• Complete required Firehouse Subs manager training
• Obtain required food handler or food safety permits
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager
• Take responsibility for the condition and performance of their store
