About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for an accomplished Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing to be a member of the founding Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team.
Reporting to the Director, Account Based Marketing this Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager will strategize, plan and execute globally Programmatic/Traditional/Strategic ABM strategies. This includes working closely across marketing and sales to develop compelling high-touch, high-value programs, building campaign assets and leading the charge on executing and writing multi-channel ABM campaigns.
To be successful, you should have previous ABM experience, strong project management skills, and work with a sense of urgency. We're looking for an excellent storyteller who has the ability to build confidence with our internal experts and partner closely with sales.
LaunchDarkly is a remote workplace with headquarters in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:

Lead marketing plays with multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs, including inbound and outbound tactics and vendor management to meet pipeline goals.

Manage ABM plays and events to generate response and support sales for new and existing business.

Align with Sales to understand and meet marketing needs and exceed expectations.

Create playbooks with descriptions and processes.

Track, report, and measure campaign and event results.

Identify gaps in key personas within targeted accounts for strategic ABM and develop data and insight strategy to enrich Customer Relationship Management (CRM) contacts.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through segmentation, techniques, and processes.

Own and use ABM martech stack (6Sense, Qualified, etc.) to drive engagement and pipeline from target accounts.
Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience driving successful Business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, with a focus on measurement and reporting.

Expertise in executing imaginative, multi-part events and demand generation programs to achieve business goals.

Accuracy and discipline to follow established processes

Hands-on experience in the simultaneous development and management of multiple, high-impact marketing programs.
Pay:
Target pay range in San Francisco/Bay Area: $133,000 - $156,000
*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
