Key Responsibilities
- Own, administer, and sustain Linux-based systems within a secure operational environment
- Architect, develop, and maintain Ansible automation frameworks to support infrastructure operations
- Review, optimize, and refactor existing Ansible playbooks and roles (including legacy implementations)
- Design automation solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve system consistency
- Apply and maintain STIGs and RMF controls in accordance with federal compliance requirements
- Perform daily Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure system availability, security, and performance
- Support Oracle WebLogic application environments and associated database systems in coordination with DBA and web engineering teams
- Maintain and support AWS-hosted infrastructure, primarily EC2-based workloads
- Contribute to documentation, configuration baselines, and change management processes
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- STEM or technical degree (or equivalent technical experience)
- Strong hands-on Linux system administration experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Ansible automation
- Experience implementing security hardening practices, including STIG and RMF compliance
- Prior experience supporting systems in classified or secure federal environments
- Ability to work onsite daily in Chantilly or Quantico, VA
- Experience supporting Oracle WebLogic environments
- Familiarity with Oracle databases
- Experience working in AWS environments, particularly EC2
- Prior experience supporting large-scale federal or Intelligence Community programs
- Experience operating in environments requiring strict change control and audit compliance
