Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Strategic Insights
- Conduct advanced analyses of educational data to extract actionable insights supporting school and district improvement initiatives.
- Develop clear, impactful reports and visualizations to communicate insights to partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with partner goals.
- Work directly with partners to understand their strategic priorities, identifying data solutions to address challenges and drive outcomes.
- Apply principles of improvement science to help partners implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement and systemic change.
- Lead strategic planning efforts with partners by aligning data insights with instructional goals, curriculum standards, and district initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on how to effectively use Parsec’s platforms to achieve systemic improvement across schools and districts.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data-driven tools, dashboards, and solutions that meet the evolving needs of educational partners.
- Explore new data sources, tools, and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities and partner outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Learning Integration Specialist team to deliver cohesive support and ensure platform utilization aligns with partner success metrics.
- Participate in organizational projects, ensuring data analysis contributes to broader strategic goals.
- Stay current on advancements in education data analytics, improvement science, and strategic planning.
- Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams and partners to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Minimum of 5 years in K-12 education in progressive leadership roles (e.g., school site or district office).
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or Education setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership ability, with experience guiding teams and driving systemic improvements in educational settings.
