In this role, you’ll lead critical finance functions, with a focus on accounts receivable and client and donor invoicing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with nonprofit standards, audit support, and reporting that helps keep our operations strong and transparent.

Specifics
- Full-Time Salaried Position
- Reports to the VP of Finance
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
- Fully Remote; If located in the Greater St.Louis area will have access to LaunchCode Headquarters
- Manage accounts receivable, including client and donor invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with fundraising and sales teams to support grant reporting, funding compliance, and client partner relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and account setup
- Support accounts payable, payroll coordination, and month- and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial records in line with nonprofit standards and internal policies
- Assist with budget preparation, contract review, and compliance reporting
- Contribute to other accounting and finance tasks as needed to support team operations
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- 1-3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects or processes
- Strong proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and/or excel including working with formulas and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Experience in nonprofit finance or accounting
