Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician — Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Pumps

Location: Columbia, MO

What you’ll do

• Own troubleshooting and repair for pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, control valves, and centrifugal/positive displacement pumps
• Diagnose AC/DC electrical faults; read schematics and verify with test instruments (VOM, amp meter, oscilloscope)
• Support and optimize Allen‑Bradley PLC‑controlled equipment and conveyor systems
• Execute multi‑craft maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
• Respond rapidly to maintenance calls; pick up and complete in‑progress repairs
• Inspect assets, create repair scopes, and prioritize short‑ and long‑term reliability actions
• Operate lathes, mills, and perform arc/Heliarc® welding for component repair and fabrication
• Mentor junior mechanics on complex diagnostics and safe work practices
• Contribute to preventive maintenance strategies and disciplined work order documentation

What you bring

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and component repair skills
• Proficiency with 120/208/240/480V systems and high‑voltage, 480V three‑phase wiring
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair, including relay testing and industrial power distribution
• Experience with pneumatics diagnostics and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and PLC logic (Allen‑Bradley)

• Allen‑Bradley PLCs
• Conveyor systems
• Volt‑ohm meter, ammeter, oscilloscope
• Lathe, mill, arc and Heliarc® welding equipment

Schedule & pay

• Shifts: 2nd and 3rd; rotating weeks of 48 and 36 hours
• Starting rate: $37.56/hour plus shift differential; advancement opportunities available
