Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Internal Recruiter is responsible for executing full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales and recruiting roles at all levels. This position will primarily support hiring for our Oak Brook, IL headquarters, while also managing recruitment efforts for our Mount Pleasant, PA office and remote roles nationwide. In addition, the Internal Recruiter will lead the company’s college recruiting and campus engagement strategy to build a strong pipeline of early-career talent for future sales and recruiting opportunities. This is a high-visibility, high-volume recruiting role that requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for recruiter and sales roles of all levels, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and talent priorities.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and campus partnerships.
• Drive the college recruiting program and campus strategy, including building relationships with universities, coordinating campus events and career fairs, and developing internship-to-hire pipelines.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, pipelines, and activity reporting to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Stay informed of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Work with the Marketing team to enhance the employer brand and recruitment marketing materials specific to campus audiences.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruiting process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Core Traits & Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for sales and/or recruiting positions strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with campus recruiting or early career programs a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven ability to attract, assess, and close top talent.
• Travel required up to 30%.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
