Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and sales campaigns to enroll new customers on behalf of our clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers
- Assist customers through the enrollment process, introducing them to tailored product solutions
- Build a thorough understanding of client products and services to make personalized recommendations
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Exhibit leadership by maintaining high performance standards and mentoring peers
- Handling independent sales goals & meeting expectations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus (but not required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Natural people-person with an ability to connect and build rapport
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
