We are seeking a dependable and versatile team member to support both B2C fulfillment operations and inventory control functions across a weekend schedule.

Position Overview:

This hybrid role supports two critical areas of warehouse operations:

• Fridays: B2C picking and order fulfillment
• Saturdays & Sundays: Inventory control and forklift operations

This position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both fast-paced fulfillment and detail-oriented inventory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

B2C Picking & Fulfillment (Fridays):

• Pick, pack, and prepare B2C orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards and client-specific requirements
• Use scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools to track orders
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with labeling, sorting, and preparing shipments
• Communicate order or inventory issues to the B2C Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols

Inventory & Forklift Operations (Saturdays & Sundays):

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy
• Monitor, reconcile, and adjust stock levels within the WMS
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Perform replenishment tasks in the shipping area
• Support receiving, put-away, and general warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain organized inventory locations and proper product storage
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience required
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred (picking, inventory, or fulfillment)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency

Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Friday – Sunday
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Additional hours may be required based on order volume and business needs
