Position Overview
The Kitting Clerk is responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products according to client specifications and company quality standards. This role supports daily kitting and assembly operations by ensuring kits are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to follow instructions carefully, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products into kits, bundles, subscription boxes, promotional packages, and retail-ready displays according to client instructions.
- Label, package, and organize completed kits for shipment.
- Follow packing guidelines, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products and materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies before assembly.
- Maintain organized workstations and keep materials properly stocked throughout shifts.
- Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, or production issues to leadership.
- Assist with sorting, counting, and organizing products and packaging materials.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining quality standards.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, and rework projects.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, assembly, production, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Schedule
- Full-time, on-site role in Springville, UT.
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Overtime or adjusted hours may be required during peak seasons or large client projects.
