Summary of Position:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our Sales Team at Launch Lewisville . As a member of our sales team, you’ll represent our brand in person, connecting with families, schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote our attractions, parties, group events, and special offers.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fun and energetic environment, and has a passion for helping others create memorable experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage guests and community members in face-to-face sales both onsite (inside the facility) and offsite (schools, fairs, local events, etc.)
- Promote and sell birthday parties, group events, and corporate packages through in-person outreach and relationship building
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence on the sales floor, greeting guests and assisting with inquiries about our offerings
- Develop and nurture partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses to drive group bookings and special events
- Support promotional campaigns, community outreach, and marketing activations
- Track leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales to meet or exceed goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies and guest experience
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (face-to-face or field sales preferred)
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people of all ages
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation for offsite community outreach and sales visits
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in family entertainment, hospitality, or event sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
