This is a full-time, on-site position for an Experienced Staff Accountant located in San Diego, CA. Additional responsibilities include managing financial reporting, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations, assisting with budgeting, and communicating financial insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger accounting
- Experience with account reconciliation and tax preparation
- Experience with handling client requests and multitasking
- Proficient in accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm is required.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
