Overview
Launch 3 Telecom is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead warehouse and logistics operations for a high-priority client in the telecom infrastructure sector. This role is at the operational epicenter — coordinating inbound and outbound material flow, serialized asset tracking, RMA returns, site kitting, driver dispatching, and fleet oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Coordination & Communication
- Act as the on-site logistics lead, serving as the main point of contact for all warehouse activity, driver operations, and stakeholder communications.
- Participate in daily Microsoft Teams calls with internal leadership, vendors, and field teams.
- Manage chat, email, and phone correspondence with project managers, vendors, and field teams, providing real-time updates on deliveries, RMAs, and asset availability.
Kitting & Scheduling
- Oversee job-based site kitting for sales orders originating in Launch 3’s Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Pick and stage consumable materials (e.g., bolts, clamps, grounding), plus serialized telecom equipment (antennas, radios, cabinets) retrieved from Tellworks.
- Kit drop-shipped civil materials such as steel, pipes, angles, mounts, platforms, struts, and conduits to support build activities.
- Verify and stage kits by job number, ensuring completeness and accuracy to meet crew schedules.
- Schedule deliveries and decommissioning pick-ups in coordination with site crews.
Asset Scanning, RMA Processing & Documentation
- Perform serialized asset scanning using SiteHound, ensuring real-time visibility of inbound and outbound assets.
- Manage asset reconciliation and returns through carrier-specific platforms (AIMS Plus, VAST).
- Scanning and verifying each asset; documenting serial numbers and asset tags.
- Palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and scheduling driver returns.
- Maintaining full chain-of-custody documentation for audit and SOX compliance.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on asset scanning accuracy, RMA progress, and return compliance.
Delivery, Dispatch & Fleet Operations
- Dispatch drivers using OnFleet, assigning routes, monitoring real-time progress, and aligning with crew block schedules.
- Schedule and track deliveries, decom pick-ups, and returns to support fast-moving field operations.
- Manage fleet readiness using Trello and Whip Around for inspections, mileage logs, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance.
- Coordinate tune-ups, tire repairs, fuel usage tracking, and receipt management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
- Support forklift operations and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
- Monitor stock levels in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate inbound receipts, allocations, and consumption records.
- Generate inventory and operational readiness reports to support procurement and project execution.
- Manage scrap and recycling programs to ensure environmental and operational compliance.
Compliance, Reporting & Standards
- Uphold SOX compliance, SLA adherence, and audit readiness through rigorous documentation and system accuracy.
- Document billing records and proof of service using platforms like Monday.com.
- Provide leadership with structured daily and weekly reports covering scanning accuracy, kitting completion, dispatch activity, inventory levels, and RMA status.
- Remain available for weekend or holiday on-call support for urgent logistics situations.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support, ideally within telecom, construction, or infrastructure sectors.

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
