About The Role:
If you enjoy conversations and working in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you. The role entails working quickly to resolve client issues in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Most days begin with responding to customer concerns via email, phone, or chat, followed by order fulfillment across multiple platforms. The representative will be responsible for connecting the fulfillment, production, customers, and management teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer service inquiries professionally and promptly (via phone, email, and social media)
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
- Ensure inventory is received and maintained across warehouses.
- Must assemble, label, and complete system transaction of shipping for each individual shipment Maintain a positive and professional demeanor even when dealing with the most difficult customers.
- Be a primary point of contact for B2B clients, answering questions, providing advice, and introducing new collections.
- Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and, as needed, follow up with customers or team members.
- Assist with office and administrative tasks
- Flexibility to perform inter-departmental tasks as needed
- Good work ethic; consistently arrives on time to work
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- MS Excel: 2 years (Required)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
- Experience with other aspects of sales, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills & extremely strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, creative problem solver & critical thinking skills is a must
- Passionate, motivated, driven, with a friendly, positive attitude & entrepreneurial spirit
- Can prioritize & complete a high volume of emails, calls & messages from customers & team members
