What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider position at Laugh-N-Learn Childcare?
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities
- Establish routines and provide positive reinforcement, guidance, and discipline that provide a safe environment
- Assist with meals and feedings
- Diaper changing and potty training
- Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that children understand
- Communicate with families
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare preferred
- Attend 12 hours of various training classes throughout the year
- Certified or willing to become certified in First Aid/CPR
- Must be able to pass background check
- Energetic and outgoing
- Dependable & flexible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
