Job Overview
We have an opportunity for a dedicated class A CDL role. This position requires a 5:15am start time, with end time approximately 1:00pm-3:00pm with Saturday morning work from 5:15am-10:00am. There are fill in drivers available, so the person in this position is not expected to work every shift, every week. The schedule can be determined based on driver's desired hours.
This role requires a driver to be onsite at our customer at 5:50am, and will do local moves from their plant to their nearby warehouse location. There will be other trailer movements involved as well. Depending on the schedule on any given day, their may be a few other runs involved as well.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to be on time, work Saturdays the majority of the time, and exhibit a professional attitude
Pay is $26.00-$28.50/hour plus overtime after 40 hours. Laufer Trucking has a full benefit package including paid time off from the start, 11 paid holidays, 401k with generous company match, full insurance benefit offerings and much more!
