You'll work alongside a close-knit, experienced team and report to our Network & Systems Manager. The work is hands-on, the environment is fast-moving, and no two days look exactly alike.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

• Handle helpdesk support and troubleshoot workstation, printer, and device issues — on-site and remotely
• Perform hardware and software repair and manage software deployment using remote management tools
• Write Windows CLI and PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and troubleshooting
• Manage user accounts across Active Directory, Google Workspace, and other platforms
• Assist with access control and security camera system administration
• Manage technology asset inventory and run and terminate network and power cabling
• Support the Network & Systems Manager with routine network tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• AS/AAS in a related field required; BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Proficiency with Windows CLI and PowerShell for administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with remote PC management and software deployment tools
• One or more certifications: CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace / Google Admin, and Microsoft 365
• Mac OS and Linux experience a plus
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain scissor lift/forklift certification; comfortable with heights; able to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass a criminal background check; on-site attendance required
