Our Crew Chiefs are the key to our success as they are, most of all, developers of people. While many companies provide training programs that focus on individual technical skills, the biggest obstacle to highly engaged teams is a lack of Social Emotional understanding. REQUIREMENTS

A Crew Chief is:

1.      Is experienced in developing a group of people that may have life obstacles into a high performing team

2.      Is comfortable in a food manufacturing environment and works along with his crew members.

3.      Ideally, has a lean manufacturing background, is a systems thinker, and will implement the Harrigan way successfully

A Crew Chief has the demonstrated ability to:
