DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS
A Crew Chief is:
1. Is experienced in developing a group of people that may have life obstacles into a high performing team
2. Is comfortable in a food manufacturing environment and works along with his crew members.
3. Ideally, has a lean manufacturing background, is a systems thinker, and will implement the Harrigan way successfully
