Lauber Business Partners is excited to conduct an exclusive search for TriCore, Inc. We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Director of Human Resources to join their leadership team and guide the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations. In this key role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to build an exceptional employee experience, foster organizational growth, and ensure that people practices strengthen the organizational mission, culture, and business results.

What You’ll Do
As Director of HR, you’ll lead, elevate, and continuously improve every major area of Human Resources:
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and management
- Translate organizational goals into effective people strategies
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process
- Lead a best-in-class onboarding experience and drive ongoing professional development
- Apply experience sourcing engineering talent
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and pay practices
- Manage employee data, reporting, and the HCM system
- Knowledge of self-funded medical plans or Paylocity? That’s a plus!
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Strengthen employee recognition, engagement, and retention programs
- Champion a workplace environment where people feel valued, supported, and heard
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Lead performance management and employee relations with fairness and clarity
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws
- Serve as an advocate for employees, offering support, resources, and guidance when needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8 years leading HR functions at the management level
- Strong talent acquisition experience (engineering recruitment is a plus!)
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Paylocity is a plus
Leadership & Team Management
You’ll directly supervise members of our HR team—coaching, guiding, and developing them as you elevate the HR function as a whole.
