Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Advanced degree preferred
- Experience: 5 years of senior leadership experience in the nonprofit sector

- Communication: Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and strategic leadership skills
- Financial Acumen: Strong ability to oversee complex budgets and revenue streams
