What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Meet with customers to discuss their roofing and home remodeling needs
• Educate customers on how updating their roof can protect their home and increase home value
• Present solutions, financing options, and government incentives to customers
• Build trust with every customer through honest, consultative conversations
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to contract signing
• Schedule site inspections and coordinate with installation teams for a seamless customer experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Stay updated on incentives, customer rebates, and industry trends

Who You Are:

• A natural people-person who connects easily with customers
• Motivated by performance-based pay and unlimited earning potential
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, restaurants, or sales is a plus, but NOT required
• Comfortable working in the field, meeting customers face-to-face
• Reliable transportation is required
• Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
