About The Job:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Southern New Jersey. We are growing and seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers at pre-set appointments to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and guide customers through repair or replacement options that protect their investment and improve long-term performance.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, conducting inspections with drones, educating clients on materials and processes, and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site roof assessments during set appointments for residential and commercial clients
- Recommend roofing repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, builders, remodelers, and architects
- Educate customers on roofing materials, systems, warranties, and best practices
- Deliver product presentations and basic training sessions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity within the territory
- Respond to customer inquiries and complete administrative follow-ups
- Submit weekly activity and market reports
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Follow all company safety, vehicle, and operational guidelines

Ideal Territory Sales Representative:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2 years of sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, solar, closing, sales, account management, canvassing, or building products strongly valued)
- Experience working with contractors, roofing, solar, sales, builders, or architects is a major plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and traveling daily
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs arise
