The Licensed Mortgage Loan Closer role is a remote, W-2 position with benefits—no desk fees, no tech fees, no cold calling. Instead, you’ll receive exclusive inbound leads, expert backend support, and a flexible schedule that lets you focus on building relationships and closing loans. You do need an active MLO Licence for this position.

What You’ll Do In The Mortgage Loan Closer Position:

• Handle live inbound calls and qualify borrowers
• Guide clients through mortgage programs, rates, and options
• Originate loans in your licensed states
• Collect and review borrower documents
• Partner with processors and underwriters to close quickly
• Consistently follow up with customers in a professional manner
  
  
  

What You Need As A Licensed Mortgage Loan Closer:

• Active NMLS and MLO state license(s) is required
• 1 year of mortgage origination experience
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
