The ideal candidate will:
Oversee day to day operating cadence for a ~250-person global HW team
- Executive (SVP/CEO) updates, health metrics, and "state of the org"
- Planning and tracking hiring and staffing worldwide
- Operational and capital spend planning and management
- Coordination of compute infrastructure (HW, CAD/EDA) and HW team usage metrics
Prioritize and drive strategic investments and new initiatives
- Align strategic vision with cross-functional partner teams
- Manage cross-org dependencies and communications
- Establish metrics for productivity/efficiency and their improvement through genAI tools/flows
Travel occasionally to San Jose/Portland/Manila/Penang/Taiwan/Pune
- Partner closely and collaboratively with senior leaders in all sites
Must-haves:
- 10 years in silicon/hardware organizations with experience driving program operations
- Executive-ready written and visual comms
- Fluency with budget and capacity planning
- Cross-geography stakeholder management
- Ruthless prioritization
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with FPGA design and development
- GenAI tool usage for engineering development
- Prior chief-of-staff experience to at least VP/CVP level

Benefits:The base pay for this role is between $175,000 to $219,000 per year. In addition to base salary, we offer an incentive plan bonus, and new hire equity for a competitive total compensation package.
