Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Production Operators and Machinists, based in Bozeman, Montana. The role involves operating precision machinery, monitoring production lines to ensure efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and conducting inspections of finished components. Employees will also receive and provide training to ensure adherence to safety protocols and optimal production processes, while contributing to team communication within daily operations. Emphasis is placed on productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines
- Strong skills in Quality Control, including the ability to inspect and maintain high standards for precision components
- Effective Communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining or related fields is a plus
