(BILINGUAL) SANITATION/JANITORIAL LEAD

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a (BILINGUAL) Sanitation/Janitorial Lead and take charge of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise janitorial staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations. Your bilingual skills will facilitate effective communication with diverse team members and clients, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. SCHEDULE: MON-THURS

SHIFT: 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate daily sanitation activities across multiple areas, including industrial spaces, commercial facilities, and hospitality environments.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and sanitation management to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation compliance, and safety adherence in all assigned areas.
• Provide clear managerial communication to staff regarding schedules, tasks, and performance expectations.
• Assist with specialized cleaning tasks such as industrial cleaning, laundry services, or hospitality housekeeping when needed.
• Foster a team-oriented environment by offering guidance, training, and support to staff members for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages], with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services with a focus on sanitation management.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Experience with laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
