Responsibilities
- Perform complex construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times
- Troubleshoot issues on-site promptly and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices or less experienced team members to promote skill development
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Journeyman with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Valid credentials in relevant trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately
