We are seeking a dependable Laborer to join our machine shop team. This position is hands-on and production-focused, with daily responsibility for operating shop equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and interested in learning how to operate additional machines over time.
Primary Duties
- Operate a saw, coiner machine, and blaster as part of daily production
- Load, unload, and handle parts safely and efficiently
- Assist with basic material handling and production support tasks
- Perform visual inspections and maintain quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in developing skills to operate additional shop machinery
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical work in an industrial environment
- Prior manufacturing or labor experience is a plus, but not required
