Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field. This is a hands-on, paid opportunity to gain real-world sales experience in a fun, fast-paced, and creative business. You will gain experience in prospecting, sales strategy, customer outreach. You’ll work onsite in our Las Vegas office and help drive sales, support client relationships, and contribute to growing our customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Research and find potential customers, businesses, industries
· Make outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers
· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
· Conduct competitor analysis
· Track sales leads, performance metrics, and prepare reports for the team
· Manage, update and track leads and customers using CRM and reporting tools
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns
· Brainstorm and implement new sales strategies
Qualifications:
· Current UNLV student or local college student preferred
· Majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Comfortable with phone, email, and in-person client interactions
· Motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn about sales techniques
· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus
· Able to work onsite 2–3 days per week
