We are seeking an experienced and driven Audit & Assurance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA with strong technical expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS, and demonstrated leadership in managing assurance engagements. This role involves overseeing audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of industries, ensuring high-quality client service, and supporting the professional development of staff.
Salary: $160,000-210,000/year
This role is 3 days remote, 2 days onsite weekly
Active CPA required
\n- Lead and manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and seniors; provide clear direction and performance feedback.
- Review financial statements, workpapers, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
- Ensure engagements are completed within time and budget parameters.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Perform technical research and resolve complex accounting or auditing issues.
- Oversee and contribute to the firm’s system of quality management and internal control processes.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5 years experience in public accounting
- Active CPA required
