We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Audio Visual Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of AV systems at client locations. You will work directly with customers to ensure that AV equipment is installed correctly, functions smoothly, and meets their specific needs.
\n- Install, configure, and test audio, video, and control systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing units, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX).
- Perform site surveys to prepare for installations and service calls.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on AV system operation.
- Maintain accurate documentation for service calls, installations, and system configurations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary.
