We’re looking for an Account Director to lead client relationships, guide strategic work, inspire internal teams, embody our core values, and drive the agency forward.
Core Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Partnership
- Serve as the senior day-to-day leader and strategic partner for assigned client accounts
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior-level clients
- Lead client meetings, presentations, strategic planning conversations, and business reviews
- Anticipate client needs, identify risks early, and solve problems proactively
- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-through
Strategic Leadership & Creative Excellence (THINK BIG)
- Lead strategic account direction across integrated campaigns, marketing programs, and brand initiatives
- Champion bold, innovative thinking that pushes creative and client outcomes forward
- Help clients see what’s possible, not just what’s expected
- Partner with integrated teams to deliver breakthrough work
Account Ownership & Operational Excellence (OWN IT)
- Own overall account health, including scopes, budgets, resourcing, and profitability
- Oversee project execution in partnership with discipline leads
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure marketing objectives are achieved
- Identify growth opportunities on assigned client accounts
- Set a standard of accountability and excellence across the account team
Team Leadership & Collaboration (WIN TOGETHER)
- Lead and mentor account team members, fostering growth and confidence
- Create alignment across creative, strategy, media, production, PR, and client teams
- Promote a culture of direct feedback, shared ownership, and team-first wins
- Play a key role in new business efforts and pitching
Learning & Adaptability (STAY CURIOUS)
- Bring new insights and thinking to the table by staying on top of advertising, marketing, technology, and cultural trends
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the client’s business, category, and audiences

Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in account leadership at an advertising agency or marketing firm
- Proven success leading key client relationships and integrated marketing work
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to guide both clients and internal teams
- Experience managing account budgets, scope, and profitability
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results
- Track record of delivering high-quality, creative work that performs
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based growth. The expected salary range for this role is $125,000 – $145,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
