Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Cincinnati, OH. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients, delivering tailored consulting support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, recommending suitable retirement plan solutions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality retirement planning services. The role also involves engaging with financial advisors, understanding industry trends, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and drive results
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with retirement plan administration and financial services is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations to small and large groups
- QKA and QKC designations preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
