What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Specialist position at Latitude Residential?
The Leasing Specialist will assist the team in generating maximum rental revenue, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. Interpersonal, Communication and Team Player qualities a must.
Overview:
- Greets and tours prospective residents, explain qualifications and qualify all prospective residents, and prepare and maintain all leasing files.
- Application processing, verifications, lease contracts, renewals, etc.
- Reviewing contracts with tenants
- Administrative skills are required
Qualifications:
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Previous leasing experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset
- Time management
- Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge
- A valid driver’s license may be required
- A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
