Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Lines Producer, located in Richmond, VA. The role involves identifying and building relationships with clients, developing and presenting insurance solutions, and maintaining existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Commercial Lines Producer will work closely with a team to assess customer needs, provide risk management strategies, and meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Casualty Insurance
- Understanding of Small Business practices and insurance requirements
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while achieving individual and team goals
- High School (GED) or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Licensure or certification in relevant insurance areas is an advantage
- Previous experience working with small insurance agencies is a plus
