What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Latitude Massage?
We’re looking for a friendly and professional applicant who can complete required tasks each shift, but also take the initiative to think on their feet if challenges arise.
Main responsibilities include:
-greeting clients and offering them water/restroom upon arrival
-checking clients out/rebooking after appointments
-keeping up with laundry (sheets/towels/blankets) using the washer/dryer in the studio
-ensuring the treatment rooms are stocked with clean sheets
-keeping the studio clean and tidy
-keeping track of basic supplies and notifying the studio manager when they’re running low
The ideal candidate will work about 4 shifts per week (each shift 4-7 hours.)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30-6:30
Fridays 9:30-2:30 (with possibility to extend to 5 every other Friday)
Sundays 9:30-2:30 (with possibility to extend to 5:00)
The exact schedule is open to discussion. Keep in mind there may the option to increase hours in the future. If the massage therapists are off, there are occasions on Fridays/Sundays the studio is closed and you would not be working.
