Senior Paralegal – (Remote - East Coast)
Latitude is seeking a highly organized and commercially focused Senior Paralegal for an engagement with our client. The ideal candidate will provide strong administrative, transactional, and litigation support, as well as great leadership skills, to a busy legal team handling a mix of commercial agreements, litigation, and operational matters. The team is looking for someone who will help it scale, support the transition from manual to electronic systems, and have broad experience supporting in-house corporate legal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and assembling discovery responses
Conducting basic legal research
Assisting with litigation holds
Providing status reporting
Drafting and preparing documents such as operations agreements, standard services agreements, and NDAs using templates
Managing templates and contract forms
Supporting contract compliance reviews and audits
Obtaining required approvals, reviews and signatures

Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support, including:
Identifying and assembling discovery responses
Conducting basic legal research
Assisting with litigation holds
Providing status reporting
- Support contract lifecycle management, including:
Drafting and preparing documents such as operations agreements, standard services agreements, and NDAs using templates
Managing templates and contract forms
Supporting contract compliance reviews and audits
Obtaining required approvals, reviews and signatures
- Deliver broad administrative assistance, including scheduling assistance and project coordination
- Prepare meeting materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up materials
- Engage with outside counsel and external partners
- Minimum of 5 years of in-house paralegal experience in-house with hands-on experience managing commercial contracts and providing litigation support
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM/contract management systems; experience with Ironclad a plus
- Experience customizing templates and managing multiple agreement types
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both attorneys and business partners
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent professional references
- Type of Role: Engagement (Contract or Temp-to-Perm)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), 9 months
- Location: Remote (East Coast office hours)
- Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
- Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD, and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401(k) plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
