Paralegal – Litigation Support (Full-Time In-House / Hybrid in Twin Cities’ Northern Suburbs)
Latitude is seeking an experienced Paralegal with litigation support experience for a full-time, 12-month engagement supporting the General Counsel of a manufacturing company based in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of two days per week onsite. Occasional travel to other corporate locations may be required, though not on a regular basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on paralegal who enjoys being deeply involved in litigation matters while also serving as a trusted right hand to the GC in a collaborative, informal corporate environment. The Paralegal will provide direct support to the General Counsel on at least two ongoing cases, in addition to assisting with other litigation and general paralegal matters. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed — including tasks outside traditional paralegal responsibilities — to help the legal department operate efficiently.
Basic Requirements For The Paralegal – Litigation Support
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

- 3 years of paralegal experience, with significant litigation support exposure
- Experience with document discovery, drafting discovery responses and production of documents
- Familiarity with internal investigations and litigation processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a busy General Counsel
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to help where needed
- Experience in a corporate legal department preferred and manufacturing industry experience a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or legal education required
- Outstanding professional references
