Latitude is seeking a PA/NJ licensed attorney with 10 years of personal injury defense litigation experience for a full-time permanent position with a national boutique law firm. The attorney will be responsible for handling defense litigation cases on a day-to-day basis. This includes conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions, representing clients in court hearings and trials, and taking depositions.

Responsibilities Of The Defense Litigation Attorney
- Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking fact and expert witness depositions
- Prepare for and attend arbitrations and trial
- Efficiently and competently research legal issues
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues
- 10 years of litigation experience at a defense law firm
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong knowledge and experience in law, including defense litigation
- Proficiency in drafting and filing motions
- Experience in representing clients in courts, including trial experience
- Ability to conduct depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a client-service-driven law firm setting

- Pay: The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $225,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation.
