What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nevada Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote) position at Latitude Legal?
Are you an experienced probate and/or trust & estates attorney located in Nevada who would like the opportunity to work flexible hours each week while maintaining the sophistication of your current solo practice? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to work with a modern estate settlement company. The best candidates will be licensed solo practitioners in Nevada who have 5 years of experience handling probate and administration proceedings and have knowledge of local/jurisdictional rules governing the probate process. This is a fully remote and contract position.
Requirements for the Nevada Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote):
Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

Requirements for the Nevada Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote):
- 5 years of experience handling probate matters in Nevada
- Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
- Experience completing probate forms and supplemental court filings, including but not limited to Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documents
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
- Type of Role: Contract/Engagement
- Schedule: Part-time (likely 10 - 15 hours per month)
- Location: Fully Remote (located in Nevada)
