In-House Employment and Litigation Counsel (On-Site / Full-Time)
Latitude is excited to be partnering with a Nashville-area in-house legal department seeking to add an experienced and business-focused in-house employment attorney to the team. This role will provide legal support across a range of corporate, litigation, and operational matters but with a primary focus on labor and employment matters, including traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have labor and employment, including union, experience.
Basic Requirements For The In-House Attorney
Pay: The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.

- 5 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience or a combination of law firm and in-house work
- Broad in-house generalist skill set
- Experience with litigation management and/or labor and employment matters
- Strong judgment and ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice in a regulated environment
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for in-house exemption)
