In-House Corporate Paralegal (On-Site / Full Time In-House Paralegal)
Are you a highly-experienced Nashville-area corporate paralegal seeking a new opportunity? Latitude is partnering with a Nashville-area in-house legal team seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to assist with corporate governance, entity management, and compliance matters. In this role, you will contribute to the in-house team by preparing documents, coordinating filings, and organizing due diligence materials. You will also draft routine corporate documents, maintain minute books, and track ongoing governance and compliance obligations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an on-site role in the greater Nashville, TN area.
Basic Requirements For The In-House Corporate Paralegal
Pay: The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
